Shipping policy

All domestic orders will be shipped to customers address via courier and a tracking number will be provided.

In case of loss or damage, customer should submit a formal incident report with details of the issue.

All international orders will be shipped in accordance with the Customers purchase order and order acknowledgement issued by the supplier/paper mill. Standard International Commercial Terms will be followed for all international orders.
